Deleting your data

Version 1.0 - August 31, 2026

Below you can read how to remove what Metrara stores about your connected accounts, such as your Facebook Page, Instagram account, Google Analytics or your webshop.

1. Disconnect it yourself

Sign in at dashboard.metrara.com and open Connections for your company, or Manage if you work at an agency. Every connection has a Disconnect button. The access tokens are deleted from our database immediately, and Metrara stops fetching figures for that channel that same night.

2. Or remove the app at the source

You can also withdraw access where you granted it: in Facebook under Settings, Business integrations, or in your Google account under Third-party apps. The connection in Metrara then stops working and we remove the stored access.

3. Ask us to delete it

Email hello@metrara.com from the address you use for Metrara and say which account or company it concerns. We confirm within five working days.

What gets deleted, and when

• Access tokens and account IDs: immediately.
• Figures and posts we fetched and stored: within 30 days.
• If you close your Metrara account, everything belonging to it is deleted after 90 days, the period in which you can still restore the account.
