Your agency branding

Show your own agency name, color and logo to your clients instead of Metrara. This is called white label.

On this page

Available in the Agency plan. See Plans.

1. Availability

Branding is available in the Agency plan. In other plans, the Branding page shows Available in the Agency plan. See Plans.

Only your agency sets the branding. Client users do not see this page.

2. Set your branding

  1. Click your account icon at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Open General, Branding.
  3. Under Name, type your agency name.
  4. Under Color, pick your brand color.
  5. Under Logo (PNG or SVG, max 2 MB), choose your logo file.
  6. Click Save branding.

To remove your logo, check Remove logo and click Save branding.

3. Where your branding shows

  • The bar at the top for client users: your logo, or your agency name if you have no logo, replaces the Metrara logo.
  • Reports: your logo or name appears at the top of each report, also when the client prints it or saves it as PDF.
  • Emails to client users: for example when you publish a report. The email header shows your logo or name, and the button uses your color.

Your branding only takes effect once you have saved a name or a logo.

4. Business logo and color

Your agency branding is separate from the logo and color of each business. Those help you and your client recognize a business in the menu and on the screens. See Logo and color.
