To-dos turn your figures into at most three concrete tasks per section. Metrara calculates the figures; the AI only picks what matters most and writes it down in plain language.
1. Where you find them
The Your to-do block appears at the top of these tabs:
- E-commerce: Overview.
- SEO: Figures.
- SEA: Overview.
- Email: Statistics.
- CRO: Landing pages.
The block is for agency users. Client users do not see it.
2. Build your to-dos
- Open one of the tabs above.
- Click Build my to-do.
- Wait while the button shows Working…. Your to-dos appear in the block.
Once to-dos exist, the button reads Rebuild. Under the heading you see when the list was compiled, for example "Compiled on 14 Sep 2026".
Building to-dos costs no credits.
3. How a to-do is made
- Metrara calculates the figures for that section from your own data, with a comparison to an earlier period. If you have goals, their progress is added.
- The AI receives these figures and picks up to three tasks. It is instructed to use only the figures it receives and never add one.
- Metrara adds the View the figures link itself, so the link always goes to a screen that exists.
Each to-do has a title, a sentence on why it matters now, with the figure in it, and a sentence on what it delivers. The most urgent to-do gets the Do now label. To-dos that help a goal that is behind schedule get the highest priority.
4. Work with a to-do
The first open to-do is shown. Click Show 2 more to-dos (the number varies) to see the rest.
- Add to task board: turns the to-do into a task. See below.
- Done: marks the to-do as done.
- View the figures: opens the screen with the figures behind it.
- Not relevant: dismisses the to-do.
Done and dismissed to-dos stay in the block for an hour, crossed out and labeled done or dismissed.
5. Accept a to-do as a task
Click Add to task board. Metrara creates a task on the Tasks tab:
- the title of the to-do becomes the task name;
- the why and what it delivers become the description;
- the priority follows the to-do (high, medium or low);
- the task goes into the matching project, for example SEO or Email. If that project does not exist yet, it is created.
The to-do then shows On your task board. See Tasks.
6. Rebuild
- Click Rebuild once new figures are in.
- You can rebuild a section once per hour. Before that you see: "Your tasks were just compiled. You can rebuild them in an hour."
- Rebuilding replaces the open to-dos. To-dos you already added to the task board stay, with On your task board.
7. Weekly update
Every Monday morning Metrara rebuilds the to-dos for each section with a connected source. A section is skipped when its to-dos are less than a week old or when there are too few figures.
8. Good to know
- With too little data you see: "There are not enough figures yet to derive tasks from."
- To-dos appear in the language of your dashboard, Dutch or English.
- The Optimizations tab shows how many to-dos are open per section. See Optimizations.
