Tell Metrara how you sound

Metri, the assistant in Metrara, can write blog posts, ads and social posts for you. Describe your audience and tone once, so everything Metri writes fits your brand.

On this page

1. Set your brand voice

  1. Click Manage at the top of the screen.
  2. Choose your business and open Tone of voice.
  3. Fill in:
    1. Target audience: who you write for. For example: "business owners with a webshop".
    2. Tone: how you sound. For example: "upbeat and personal, informal".
    3. What Metri must not use: words or styles to avoid. For example: "jargon, exclamation marks".
    4. Call to action in blogs: where a blog should lead readers. For example: "See the range at /products" or "Request a quote via /contact". Leave it empty and Metri chooses based on your revenue model.

Click Save changes.

2. Tips

  • Be specific. "Friendly but expert, no jargon" works better than "professional".
  • Use your own words. Copy a sentence from your website that sounds the way you want to sound.
  • Adjust later. Not happy with a text Metri wrote? Refine your tone of voice and try again.

That's it

Your setup checklist is complete. Continue with A tour of the dashboard.
