1. Roles
- Owner: the person who created the account. Can do everything and is the only one who can delete the account. In the team list the owner shows as admin.
- Admin: can do everything the owner can, except deleting the account.
- Team member: sees all figures and works in Tasks, but changes nothing else and spends no credits. A team member does not see Manage or the tabs Profit, Clients, Actions, Planning and Calendar.
Clients who only view their own dashboard are not part of your team. See Invite client users.
2. Invite a colleague
- Go to Manage and choose Team.
- Enter the email address in the field colleague@company.com.
- Choose admin or team member.
- Click Invite (included) while your plan still has a free seat. Otherwise click Invite (€ 10/mo excl. VAT) and confirm the extra cost.
- Your colleague receives an email with a link to set a password. Until the first sign-in the list shows invited, after that active.
An email address that is already linked to a Metrara account cannot be added.
You can also invite from two other places:
- Settings › Subscription and credits, in the row Extra team member: enter the email, choose a role and click Invite.
- Tasks › Team members: when you add a team member with an email address, tick Also give access as team member (€ 10/mo).
3. Seats and cost
Every plan includes a number of team members, yourself included:
- Start: 1
- Growth: 2
- Agency: 2
The Team page shows how many you have left. Each extra team member costs € 10 per month excl. VAT (€ 120 per year). The amount is added to your subscription automatically from the next period. There is no separate step to buy a seat: inviting is the purchase. See Plans.
3. Choose which emails someone gets
Under each person on the Team page, tick the emails they receive:
- weekly briefing
- notable changes
- budget reached
- timesheet reminder
- tasks and mentions
3. Remove a team member
- Go to Manage › Team.
- Click Remove next to the person and confirm. The account owner cannot be removed.
Access stops immediately and the login is deleted. The amount on your subscription decreases from the next period. You cannot remove yourself.
4. One login per person
An account works on at most two devices at a time. Signing in on a third device logs out the device that was unused the longest. See your devices under Settings › Devices and click Sign off to log out a device you no longer use.
Give each colleague their own login instead of sharing one.
