1. Overview
Is a change in revenue caused by traffic, by how many visitors buy or by what they spend?
- Six cards: Visitors, Sessions, Conversion, Orders, Average order and Revenue. Click a card to see its trend in the chart.
- Four cards show what comes off revenue: Refunded, Discount given, Not completed and Shipping costs.
- Your to-do: agency users click Build my to-do and Metri lists what to do first, based on your figures. Add a to-do to your task board with Add to task board.
2. Categories and Products
What sells and what stalls, per category or per product.
- A bar chart of your ten largest categories or products by revenue.
- A table with net revenue, items sold, and the change versus the comparison period.
- Products also shows the shop price, stock status, how often a product was viewed and how often a view led to a purchase.
- Bought together at the bottom of Products shows which products often sit in one order: ideas for bundles and cross-selling.
3. Clients
- New customers, Returning customers, Orders again and Customer value.
- Buying behavior: the average order of new and returning customers and the average time between orders, with a tip for the best moment to send a mailing.
- Per country and Most loyal customers.
4. Checkout
- Discount codes: how often each code was used and what it cost.
- Uncompleted orders: orders that were not paid or were canceled. Many failed payments point to a payment method that doesn't work well.
- Payment methods and Shipping methods.
- Orders per weekday and Orders per hour of the day: useful for planning mailings and ads.

6. Findability
- Which channel sells best? Revenue per channel, and which channel sells which category. Needs Google Analytics with e-commerce data.
- Free Shopping listings: how often your products were shown and clicked in Google's free Shopping results. Needs Merchant Center.
7. Good to know
A day's sales are recorded the following night, so today's orders appear from tomorrow.
