Credits

Analysis credits pay for analyses that fetch outside data and for some AI actions.

On this page

Your subscription gives you 30 credits every month, and you can buy more in bundles.

1. Your balance

Your balance is shown in two places:

  • in the account menu at the top right, as for example 42 credits with Top up;
  • under Settings, Subscription, in the block Analysis credits.

You receive 30 credits every calendar month, and 30 right away when you create your account. Your balance simply stays until it is used up; it does not expire.

2. Buy a credit bundle

  1. Go to Settings, Subscription, block Analysis credits.
  2. Click Top up.
  3. Click the bundle you want. You go to the payment page.
  4. Pay with iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact.
BundlePrice excl. VATPer credit
50 credits€ 10€ 0.20
150 credits€ 25€ 0.17
500 credits€ 75€ 0.15

A bundle is a one-time payment. It never runs through your direct debit and you can also buy one during your trial. After payment you see Payment successful and the credits are added. The invoice is under Settings, Billing.

3. What costs credits

Credits are deducted when you click. Everything not listed here uses no credits.

4. What is free

These actions use no credits:

  • writing a blog with 4. Write the blog;
  • to-dos;
  • questions to Metri;
  • creating a plan in Planning;
  • importing a brand book;
  • the index check;
  • the site audit and Optimizations.

See How Metrara uses AI.

5. Where your credits go

Admins see the block Where your credits go under Settings, Subscription. It covers the current calendar month:

This month and Last month: all credits used;
Via clients: what client users used from your balance;
Committed per month: the total of the monthly limits you set for clients;
Own actions by type: your own usage per action;
Per client: per client whether they use from the agency or own balance, with This month, Last month, Maximum and Left.

A client row is highlighted when that client has used 80% or more of their monthly limit.

6. Credits for client users

When a client may run actions, you choose per client whose credits are used. See What your client sees.

  • Own credits: the client buys bundles, your balance stays yours. The client has no monthly allowance. The client user buys bundles under Settings, Analysis credits, the same way as above.
  • Agency credits: the client's actions are deducted from your balance, optionally with a maximum per month. The client user sees Your actions are deducted from your agency's balance. You do not need to buy credits. With a limit, they see what is left this month.

7. When you run out

An action that costs more credits than you have is not started. You see:

You are out of analysis credits. Top up your balance in Settings.

Buy a bundle or wait for your 30 monthly credits. A client user on agency credits who reaches the monthly limit sees the same message.
