Change your plan and add-ons

Only admins can change the subscription.

1. Switch to another plan

1. Go to Settings, Subscription.
2. Click Upgrade on a bigger plan, or Choose this plan on a smaller one. Your current plan shows Your current plan.
3. Confirm the message. There is no extra payment now.

The new plan applies right away.

• Bigger plan: the difference for the rest of the current period is charged right away, pro rata. From the next period the new amount applies.
• Smaller plan: nothing is refunded. The lower amount applies from the next period.

2. Switch between monthly and yearly

1. Go to Settings, Subscription.
2. Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly (2 months free).
3. Click the button on your plan and confirm.

The period you already paid for runs out first. After that you pay in the new rhythm. There is no payment now.

On a bigger plan, the card shows What an upgrade gives you:, for example extra businesses, an extra team member or own branding.

3. Moving to a smaller plan

A smaller plan allows fewer businesses. Businesses you turned off do not count.

If you use more businesses than the new plan allows, you see a message and the plan does not change. Turn off businesses you no longer need first under Manage › General, Turn off company.

4. Add-ons

Under Add-ons you see all prices in one table. All prices exclude 21% VAT.

There is no separate payment: the amount is collected automatically with your next period and appears as its own line on the invoice.

5. Add a single business

One business above your plan's limit.

1. In the row Add a single business, click Add.
2. Confirm.

To remove one, click Remove. This is not possible when you use too many businesses; you then see You are using too many companies to remove one now. Remove a company first.

6. Extra team member

Your plan includes a number of team members: 1 in Start, 2 in Growth and Agency. Each admin or staff member above that costs €10 per month.

1. In the row Extra team member, enter the Team member email.
2. Choose Admin or Staff member.
3. Click Invite and confirm.

When you remove a team member, the amount goes down again from the next period. See Invite your team.

7. Extra client viewer

Each client includes 1 free client viewer. An extra viewer is a second or further email address for one client, read-only.

1. In the row Extra client viewer, choose the client under Pick a client.
2. Click Buy viewer and confirm.

With an active subscription the seat opens right away. Without one, for example during your trial, it becomes a request. See Invite client users.

When changes are billed

• Add-ons change your subscription amount from the next period. Nothing is charged right away.
• A plan switch goes through the payment page and is charged right away.
• Extra businesses and team members you add during the trial cost nothing until you choose a plan. They are then included in your first payment.
