Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings.

On this page

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. The period you already paid for runs out and nothing more is charged.

1. Who can cancel

The account owner and admins can cancel. Staff members and client users do not see this option.

Cancel

  1. Click your account icon at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Open Subscription.
  3. In the Subscription block, click Cancel subscription.
  4. Confirm the message Cancel the subscription? The paid period runs out normally; nothing more will be charged.

You see Canceled. The paid period runs out normally; nothing more will be charged. The label next to your plan changes from Subscription active (monthly) or Subscription active (yearly) to Canceled; running out.

The Cancel subscription button only appears while a paid subscription is active. During the trial there is nothing to cancel.

What happens next

  • Direct debit stops right away. No new payments are collected.
  • The period you already paid for runs out as normal.
  • After that the dashboard is locked. Only Settings stays open, so you can choose a plan again.
  • Your businesses, integrations and data are kept for 90 days. Two weeks before they are erased, you get an email. Choose a plan before that date to keep everything. Invoices are always kept.
  • Your invoices stay available under Billing. See Payments and invoices.

Restart your subscription

  1. Go to Settings › Subscription.
  2. Under Plans, choose Monthly or Yearly (2 months free).
  3. Click Choose this plan or Upgrade on the plan you want. After canceling, you can also choose your previous plan again.
  4. Confirm and complete the first payment on the payment page.

The dashboard opens again right after the payment, and direct debit starts again. See Change your plan.

Cancel and delete everything

Canceling keeps your account and data. To close the account for everyone and have the data deleted, see Delete your account.
