1. Content calendar
Seasonal moments (webshops)
The calendar suggests moments such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, each with its own preparation time. For each suggestion:
- Put in my calendar: add it as your own campaign.
- Adjust: change the date or details first.
- Skip: hide it. You can restore skipped suggestions below the calendar.
Add your own campaign
- Click Add own campaign.
- Fill in the Name, Date and optionally an End date.
- Choose the Status, how many weeks ahead you want to Prepare and a Color.
- Add Notes / content ideas and click Add campaign.
List or month view
Switch between a list and a month view. In the month view the campaign is a solid bar and its preparation period a lighter bar in the same color. Seasonal moments are amber.
Within the preparation window a campaign shows Prepare now.
2. Playbooks
A playbook is a checklist of actions per campaign, such as "replace homepage banner" or "send newsletter".
Add actions
- On the Content calendar, click add action at a campaign.
- Describe the action and set how many days ahead it must be done.
- Click Add.
Actions come back every year; a checkmark counts for that year only.
Work through your actions
Open Playbooks to see all actions in one list, By date or Per campaign. Tick actions off when done. Overdue actions are highlighted.
