When someone signs up through your link and pays, you receive 15% recurring commission for as long as that customer stays.
1. Find your link
Click your account icon at the top right and choose Settings.
Open Affiliate.
Under Your link, click Copy link.
The link is created automatically for your account. Share it on your website, in a newsletter or with other businesses.
Client users do not have an affiliate link. They see This section belongs to your agency.
2. How referrals are tracked
- A visitor who opens your link goes to the sign-up page.
- Metrara remembers your link in that browser for 60 days.
- If the visitor creates an account within those 60 days, the sign-up is linked to you.
- As soon as that account makes its first payment, it counts as paying.
3. Your figures
Under your link you see four figures:
- Clicks: how often your link was opened.
- Sign-ups: accounts created through your link.
- Paying: of those, the accounts that pay for a plan.
- Earned: the commission you have earned so far.
4. Commission
- You receive 15% of every subscription payment of the referred customer, excluding VAT. Credit bundles do not count.
- The commission is recurring: it continues for as long as the customer keeps their subscription. When the customer cancels, the referral no longer counts as paying.
- A payment that is refunded or reversed does not earn commission.
- Signing up through your own link does not count.
5. Your commission balance
Under Your commission you see:
- Payable: commission you can receive now.
- In waiting period: commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer's payment, so refunds can be settled.
- Paid out: everything transferred to you so far.
6. Get paid
- Under Payout details, fill in the Account holder, IBAN and optionally your VAT number (optional).
- Click Save details.
At the start of each month, the Metrara team transfers your payable commission once it is € 50.00 or more. You receive an email when the payment is made. Your payouts are listed under Payouts.
