What counts as a business?
One website or webshop with its associated sources. If you have two brands on two domains, that's two businesses.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. You pay the difference pro rata and your data stays.
Is there a notice period?
No. On monthly billing you cancel per month; on annual billing the year runs out.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing automatic. Your trial lasts 14 days and you don't have to leave a credit card.
Does it work without a webshop?
Yes. Without a webshop Metrara misses your revenue figures, but analytics, findability, advertising and tasks work fine.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. You can always disconnect a source and have your data deleted.
Are the prices including VAT?
No, all amounts exclude VAT. Pay yearly and you get two months free.
